Easy Yogurt Recipe
Greek yogurt is one of my favorite foods in the entire world. It’s incredibly versatile and healthy. I add it to recipes in place of sour cream to enhance the protein, serve it for breakfast with homemade granola and fruit, serve it as a snack, and dress it up sweet or savory for a delicious protein packed meal. Because I use it so often, I decided to figure out how to make it myself. I remember my mom attempting it when I was a child and it didn’t seem to turn out so I had an idea that it was going to be quite complicated. Nothing could be further from the truth. Making homemade yogurt is remarkably easy, only uses two ingredients, and is easy to make in large quantities.
